Environment Canada’s Predictions of extreme snowfall have not changed. As a result, we are sending out the following information regarding our plans for worship and events on Sunday, February 16, 2025
There will be a worship service on Sunday morning
- The worship service will be led from the sanctuary by the minister, Rev. Scott McAndless (even if he is alone) and the building will be open.
- The service will be broadcast, as usual over Zoom and Facebook Live. The Zoom link will be available on the Web Site at 9 am and the Facebook feed will be streamed from the congregation’s Facebook Page.
- A prerecorded sermon and written text will also be posted on the web page as usual at 9 am.
- Though you will be welcome in the building, no one should take any risks or make any extraordinary efforts to be there in person. Do not feel obligated if you promised to do some job this Sunday. Be safe! We also cannot make any promises regarding the passability of the sidewalks and which doors (apart from door #1) will be open.
The Pot Luck Lunch and Trivia Contest will be postponed!
We will hold the Pot Luck next Sunday, February 23, after worship. Please plan to attend and take the extra week to sharpen your trivia skills.
