brought to you by the Cambridge Food Bank.
Come visit The Mobile Food Market on Wednesday afternoons, from 12:30 – 1:30 pm. The MFM is parked in the upper parking lot, but if the weather is nasty we will be downstairs in the Fellowship Hall.
What Is the Mobile Food Market?
The Mobile Food Market is a weekly produce market in your neighbourhood. We make fresh food affordable and accessible. The collective assortment of produce offered varies on a weekly basis and there is always a minimum of 5 varieties available.
Who Can Shop?
Everyone.
How Much Does it Cost?
Each week a selection of produce will be available for purchase. Items are not sold separately. The menu of fruits and vegetables offered weekly costs the food bank $10-$15 per basket.
By purchasing your produce at the Mobile Food Market you are not only supporting food bank initiatives but also local agriculture as we source as much food locally as possible.
If your basic needs are at risk, visit our sites in person and the minimum fee per basket is $5.00. Please continue to shop with us, no questions asked.
How to Shop?
In Person: Visit any of our current market locations listed below and pay onsite.
Online (Opens Monday at 12 pm): Click here to pre order your produce basket and pick it up anytime between 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm on Thursdays, at Fiddlesticks Community Centre 71 Cowan Blvd, Cambridge, ON N1T 1K7. Online ordering closes Wednesdays at 12:00 pm.
Local Farmers
Through the generous support of our community, the Cambridge Food Bank has invested in several local farmers who are growing food specifically for the market. We believe that investing in the community, the people we serve, and our environment will lead to better lives.
