Hope Clothing … formerly known as Community Clothing Centre …
We are very pleased to announce that we have received a grant from the Cambridge & North Dumfries Community Foundation that will allow us to relaunch our clothing ministry under "Place of New Hope - Hope Clothing," a ministry hosted by St. Andrew's Hespeler.
Our existing clothing ministry had been run externally by the Community Clothing Centre for many years, but unfortunately that funding expired and the CCC could not continue. We are excited to take this ministry more directly under our wing now and have many dreams for how this ministry, "Place of New Hope," can better meet the growing needs of our community. A new supervisory committee is being formed and Karen Kincaid will stay on as the coordinator.
We look forward to officially launching this renewed ministry in church on Sunday, September 13 and in the community on the 15th.
Hope Clothing provides for the clothing needs of all members of your family. We carry men's, women's, and children's clothing. The purpose of Hope Clothing is to help families and individuals stretch their budget by providing good, clean clothing at no cost. Other personal items are often available as well.
